เจ้าหน้าที่จะทําการตรวจสอบและติดต่อกลับภายใน 3 วันทําการ นับจากวันที่บริษัทฯ ไดรับผลิตภัณฑ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว 

หมายเหตุ: 

– ลูกค้าต้องส่งคืนอุปกรณ์ให้ครบถ้วน
– การรับประกันครอบคลุมเฉพาะแปรงสีฟันไฟฟ้า CURAPROX ที่ซื้อผ่านช่องทาง CURAPROX Official (ประเทศไทย) และ ร้านตัวแทนจําหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการของบริษัท คูราเดน (ประเทศไทย) เท่านั้น 
– หากผลิตภัณฑ์อยู่เกินระยะเวลาการรับประกัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเคลม

Our team will review the claim and contact you within 3 business days from the date we receive the product.

Notes:

– Customers must return all necessary components for the claim to be processed.
– The warranty applies only to CURAPROX hydrosonic toothbrushes purchased through CURAPROX Official (Thailand) and authorized partners.
– If the product exceeds the warranty period, the company reserves the right to decline the claim.
